ESTIMATION FEE

Our fees vary based on the scope of work and the size of the project, but we strive to keep our rates highly competitive to maintain ongoing business relationships. On average, our turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days, and we handle all types of construction projects, including residential and commercial.

To get an accurate quote, the best approach is to send us your project plans via PDF, Dropbox link, Google Drive, or another file-sharing method. We’ll review them and provide a proposal outlining the exact fee and estimated turnaround time.

When sending the plans, please specify whether you’ll be bidding on the entire project as a General Contractor (GC) or only specific trades, so we can tailor our proposal accordingly.

Approval to Proceed

Once you receive our proposal, you’re welcome to discuss any questions or clarifications via email or phone. If you’d like, we can also provide samples of previously completed projects, so you can get a better idea of how our takeoffs look. We can deliver work in any format, level of detail, or breakdown you need. Our standard format is an editable Excel sheet, allowing you to easily make changes as needed (add, remove, or modify). If required, we can also provide software files like Planswift, Bluebeam, or markup drawings.

You can approve us to proceed by replying to the proposal email or by signing the PDF proposal and sending it back. We will only begin work once we have your formal approval.

Alternatively, you can input your own pricing and markups. We offer fast, professional, and accurate building cost estimates and material takeoffs, and we provide estimates at every stage of the design process.
